Measure 1 Teaspoons of loose leaf tea and add to your strainer or infuser. Place in your mug of choice and poor over recently boiled water. Take care to let boiled water sit so not to burn the herbs. Leave to infuse for approx. 60secs before removing the leaves. Enjoy.
*Refrain from drinking until the third trimester, best consumed from 36 weeks up until birth. Recommended intake of 1 cup per day up to a maximum of 3 cups per day for a stronger effect.
